North Yorkshire Schools' Championship 2024
18 Hole Championship Stableford Event for students born on or after 01/09/2005 who attend school in Yorkshire.
Successful players in the Scratch section will be eligible for progression to the North of England Schools' Championship. Successful players there may progress to the English Schools' Championship.
Alongside this competition, handicap scores for teams of 3 (2 will be sufficient to qualify as a team) from a single school will qualify for a team score. This will allow progress to the Yorkshire Schools' Team Championship at Darrington. This in turn, provides a route to the English Schools' Team Championship at Woodhall Spa in July. In 2024 there will also be a gross competition at national level with ten teams potentially qualifying at county level.
